*Terms & Conditions: All loyalty tiers are subject to the following conditions: prices exclude GST, a minimum 12-month term is required with annual upfront payment (no month-to-month option), seats are assigned to named users and cannot be shared or transferred, unused seats are non-refundable, and the Leafio discount tier is determined by the most recent tier allocated to the pharmacy by Leafio at the time of purchase. Accounts will remain on the Premium Plan for the full 12-month term, even if the pharmacy downgrades before the annual plan period concludes. SAGED will endeavour to provide access or enable additional membership seats within 1 business day of the request or upon payment of any outstanding invoices. All discounts or adjustments are subject to approval and availability, and no partial refunds or prorated adjustments will be provided for plan changes or unused services during the active term. Your Leafio Loyalty tier is determined by your activity over a fixed 90-day cycle.
